1. General Policy

All payments made to Wox Media Solution are subject to the terms outlined below. By purchasing any of our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

3. Advance Payment

• All advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

• If the client cancels the project after work has begun, no refund will be issued for the advance amount.

4. Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project:

• Before work begins, any refund (if approved) will be processed after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.

• After work has started, refunds will generally not be provided.

• If a project is substantially completed, no refund will be issued.

5. Domain, Hosting & Third-Party Services

Payments made for the following are non-refundable, as they are purchased from third-party providers:

• Domain Registration & Renewal

• Web Hosting

• SSL Certificates

• Business Email Services

• Premium Plugins or Themes

• API Integrations

• Advertising Budget (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)

• Any third-party software or subscription

6. Digital Marketing Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on various external factors, including market competition, search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, audience behavior, and budget. Therefore:

• We do not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, traffic, or business growth.

• Refunds will not be provided based on marketing performance or campaign results.

7. Duplicate Payments

If a payment is made more than once due to a technical or billing error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

8. Exceptional Refunds

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Wox Media Solution. Approval of any refund is not guaranteed.

9. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• It will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

• Processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
