The scope of each project will be defined in the quotation, proposal, or agreement shared with the client.

2. Project Confirmation

A project will commence only after:

• Client approval of the quotation/proposal.

• Required advance payment is received.

• Necessary content, images, and credentials are provided by the client.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is mandatory before work begins.

• Remaining payment must be completed as per the agreed milestone or before final delivery.

• Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.

• All payments made are non-transferable.

4. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be considered only in exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of Wox Media Solution.

• No refund will be provided once work has started or completed.

5. Revisions

• Reasonable revisions are included as per the selected package.

• Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate information and required materials.

• Respond to approval requests on time.

• Ensure that all submitted content does not violate any copyright, trademark, or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, source files, and deliverables remain the property of Wox Media Solution until full payment is received.

• After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Wox Media Solution may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

8. Digital Marketing Disclaimer

We strive to deliver the best possible results; however, we do not guarantee:

• Google rankings

• Sales

• Leads

• Website traffic

• Social media growth

• Advertisement approvals

These outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, budget, and other external factors.

9. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms including but not limited to:

• Google

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• WhatsApp

• Domain Registrars

• Hosting Providers

• Payment Gateways

Any changes in their policies, pricing, or services are beyond our control.

10. Hosting & Domain

• Domain and hosting renewals are the client’s responsibility unless covered under an active maintenance plan.

• Failure to renew may result in website suspension or permanent loss of data.

11. Service Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payments remain overdue.

• The client provides false or illegal information.

• The services are used for unlawful or unethical purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

Wox Media Solution shall not be liable for:

• Business losses

• Revenue loss

• Data loss

• Website downtime caused by third-party services

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

13. Confidentiality

All confidential business information shared by the client will be kept secure and will not be disclosed to any third party except where required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

Wox Media Solution reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website and will become effective immediately upon publication.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Wox Media Solution is registered or operates.
