Payment Policy – Wox Media Solution

At Wox Media Solution, we follow a clear and professional payment structure to maintain transparency and smooth workflow for all clients.

  1. Advance Payment:

    • For orders above ₹7,500, a 50% advance payment is required to begin the project.

    • For orders below ₹7,500, 100% payment must be made in advance.

  2. Balance Payment:
    The remaining 50% (if applicable) is to be paid after project completion, before final delivery or website launch.

  3. Payment in Favor of:
    All payments must be made in favor of “Wox Media Solution.”

  4. Accepted Payment Methods:
    We accept Bank Transfer, UPI, or Official Payment Link shared only by our authorized representatives.

  5. Non-Refundable Policy:
    Payments are non-refundable as resources and time are allocated immediately after confirmation.

  6. Renewals & Subscriptions:
    Renewal payments for Domain, Hosting, WhatsApp API, or Marketing Services must be cleared before the due date to avoid interruption.

  7. Delayed Payments:
    In case of delay, services may be temporarily suspended until pending payments are received.

  8. Invoices & Taxes:
    All transactions include applicable GST, and an official invoice is provided for every payment.
